Everything is empty

Nothing is either created or destroyed, nothing is impure or pure, and nothing increases or diminishes.
This is because in emptiness

there is no form, sensation, conception, synthesis, or discernment.
There are no eyes

ears, nose, tongue, body, or thoughts. There are no forms, sounds, scents, tastes, sensations, or ideas. There is no ignorance nor elimination of ignorance

even up to and including no old age and death

nor elimination of old age and death. There is no suffering, its accumulation, its elimination, or a path. There is no understanding and no attaining.
Because there is no attainment

those who are enlightened rely on the perfection of wisdom, and their minds have no delusions like these. Since there are no delusions like these, they have no fears. Because they are so far removed from the backward
delusion-obsessed way of thinking

their final result is complete cessation of suffering.

Because all of those who have been, are, and will

be enlightened in the past, present, and future, rely on this perfection of wisdom, they attain an unsurpassed, perfect enlightenment.
Therefore, know that this perfection of wisdom

is a great spiritual mantra, a great brilliant mantra, and an unequalled mantra. It is spoken because it can truly remove all afflictions.
The mantra is spoken thusly

gate gate pāragate pārasaṃgate bodhi svāhā; Gone, gone, gone to the further shore, completely gone to the further shore, awakening, amen.
